Environment Canada has issued a yellow warning for significant snowfall beginning this evening.

Snowfall accumulation could reach be between 15 to 25 cm with reduced visibility and local blowing snow.

Snow will begin tonight, along with a sharp drop in temperature, and last into Thursday evening, with snow tapering off Thursday night.

January 13 marks AMBER Alert Awareness Day, and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is reminding Ontarians that AMBER Alerts are a call for the public's help to find a child in danger.
