May 23, 2023 MISSISSIPPI AND CARP RIVER WATERSHEDS— The Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority is TERMINATING the FLOOD WARNING issued May 3rd.  Levels and flows are declining throughout the Mississippi and Carp watersheds.
