The Mississippi Mills Municipal Office will be closed for the holidays at noon on Wednesday, December 24 through Thursday, January 1.
Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for our region.
Heavy snow and local blowing snow is expected to begin Wednesday morning and ending in the evening. Total snowfall amounts could reach 15 to 20 cm.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, Ottawa River Power Corporation in the Mill Street area of Almonte will experience a planned power interruption from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Menzie Street in Almonte, between Ottawa Street and Maude Street, will be fully closed from Monday, November 3 to Tuesday, November 11.
