Sanitary Sewer Work – Main Street East – June 10, 2026

The Municipality’s Roads and Public Works Department will be completing sanitary sewer maintenance on Main Street East on Wednesday, June 10, beginning at 8 a.m. Work is expected to be completed by 12 p.m.

This maintenance includes low-pressure sewer flushing and an internal pipe inspection to assess the condition of the sewer system and determine whether additional repairs are needed.

There will be no interruption to sanitary sewer service during this work. However, residents in the immediate area are encouraged to limit sewer use while flushing activities are underway.

Residents can expect to see vacuum trucks and water tankers operating in the area. Temporary traffic and pedestrian control measures will be in place, and some noise should be anticipated during the work period.

Notices have been to delivered to affected households.
