Howie Road Recycle Depot will be CLOSED for the winter starting October 31, 2021.

It will reopen again on May 4, 2022.

Hours of Operation are:
Wednesday 3pm – 7pm
Saturday 9am – 1pm

Acceptable Items:

Cardboard - Free
Yard Waste (leaves, brush) - Free
Scrap metal & tires (no rim) - Free
Tires on rims - $7.00
Units containing Freon - $50.00
Units with Freon removed and certified - Free

2021 Final Tax Bill - second installment

The second installment of the 2021 Final Tax Bill is due on October 28, 2021.  The payment stub is included on the tax bill sent out in July.  If you have questions please contact the tax clerk at or 613-256-2064 ext 224.
