Water Conditions Statement: Flood Outlook — Lower Ottawa River
April 7, 2023 — A Flood Outlook Statement is being issued for areas along the Lower Ottawa River (Arnprior to Hawkesbury).
Based on forecasted higher temperatures and anticipated snow melt, levels and flows along the Ottawa River are expected to increase over the next few days, marking the beginning of the spring freshet in the Ottawa River basin.

For residents whose garbage was missed during regular pick up on Thursday, please be advised that it will be collected tomorrow (Saturday, April 8th) along the following routes:
- Ramsay Concession 8 from Rae Road to County Road 29
- Includes Emerich Street, Senator Street and Torok Drive
Please ensure your garbage and recycling is curbside by 7am to ensure pick up.

Rain and snow melt create potential for water levels to increase 10-20 cm on Dalhousie Lake
April 6, 2023 MISSISSIPPI AND CARP RIVER WATERSHEDS— The Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority is issuing a FLOOD WATCH for Dalhousie Lake.
