The Municipality will be undertaking tree removal operations at the end of Carss Street on Wednesday, August 26.

Homelessness has been increasing in Lanark County and across Ontario, particularly in rural Ontario. It is evolving, with visible homelessness becoming more apparent.
A public meeting will be held virtually via Teams on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. to consider a proposed Minor Variance application under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13.
Lanark County has advised the Municipality that access to the Five -Span Bridge Park will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, September 2.
