MISSISSIPPI MILLS, ON — September 21, 2026 — The Crown & Pumpkin Studio Tour returns Thanksgiving weekend for its 30th annual celebration of local creativity, welcoming visitors on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

The free, self-guided tour will feature studio visits in Almonte, Clayton, Pakenham and the surrounding rural area, offering an inviting fall outing just west of Ottawa. This year’s tour includes sixteen stops and more than 50 creators working in fine art, craft, food and drink.

Visitors can meet makers in their own creative spaces and discover pottery, glass, textiles, woodworking, painting, jewellery, sculpture, leather work, soaps and natural beauty products, mixed-media work, locally made goods, fine food experiences and live demonstrations. The event continues a long-standing Thanksgiving weekend tradition that showcases the talent, hospitality and cultural character of Mississippi Mills.

“The Crown & Pumpkin Studio Tour is a warm and welcoming way to experience the creativity of our region,” said a tour spokesperson. “For 30 years, visitors have followed the route through historic villages and countryside, meeting artists, discovering handmade work and enjoying the colours and flavours of fall.”
