Lanark County will begin construction on the second phase of the Five Span Bridge Rehabilitation Project in Pakenham on Monday, May 11, 2026. Due to the complex nature of the work, a full road closure will be in effect at the bridge location for the duration of the project, which continues until November.
Ontario is investing over $322,000 through the 2026 Experience Ontario program to support 11 festivals and events in the Lanark–Frontenac–Kingston riding.
