At their May 18th meeting Council passed a motion declaring June as Pride Month to support inclusion awareness and the two-spirited, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (2SLGBTQ+) communities in Mississippi Mills. Water bills for the period May 1 - June 30, 2021 were emailed today, July 6, 2021 to property owners who enrolled for paperless billing. The remaining bills will be mailed out on Thursday, July 8, 2021. Payment is due on August 12, 2021. The Municipality is seeking public input, from Mississippi Mills Residents, about creating an off-leash dog park. This is not only a survey for dog owners who want a dog park. We also want to hear from residents who have concerns. We are looking for a solution that will address the needs of all Mississippi Mills residents. And for that, we need as many people as possible to participate in our survey.
