Invitation to Annual Dedication to Indigenous Peoples. Early in the term, I started working with Mississippi Mills All My Relations, a group of community members whose mission is to respond to the calls to action outlined by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in a respectful, concrete and achievable way.
This week has been challenging for us all as we adjust to the Province’s second declaration of Emergency and a new stay-at-home order. It affects how we do business, how children learn, how we interact with each other and how we carry on with our day-to-day lives.

The Municipality of Mississippi Mills Administration Building will be closed for the holidays as of noon on Thursday, December 24th, until the New Year and will re-open on Monday, January 4th, 2021 at 8:30 am. The Province of Ontario announced a Provincewide Shutdown to commence 12:01AM on December 26. th.
At a press conference this afternoon, Premier of Ontario Doug Ford announced. further Covid-19 restrictions.
