Celebrations for the Mississippi Mills Bicentennial are well underway! To commemorate this milestone beyond the year 2023, a coin has been produced that showcases all corners of our community.

Mississippi Mills students in grades 4 to 6 are invited to get out their pencil crayons, markers, and crayons and let their creative juices flow for a chance to have their artwork displayed across the municipality as part of our year-long Bicentennial celebrations. “The Bicentennial is an opportunity for everyone to get involved, including some of our youngest residents,” said Mayor of Mississippi Mills Christa Lowry.

Highlights of the January 17th, 2023. .

The Municipality of Mississippi Mills is pleased to offer FREE Public Skating during the Christmas break at both the John Levi Community Centre in Almonte and the Stewart Community Centre in Pakenham. .

The Pakenham Santa Claus Parade will proceed as planned! The forecast is calling for rainy and windy conditions, so please dress accordingly.
