Tax bills to be mailed out Monday, July 6
Payment is due in two installments:
- First installment: July 30
- Second installment: September 28
Pay from your phone by using the "pay a bill" feature in your banking app.

Paper water and tax bills now have a $2 fee. The next tax bill will be mailed out Monday, July 6.

Please be advised that there will be several rolling road closures due to Canada Day Eve in Pakenham on June 30, 2024. The road closures will be in effect from 4-8 p. m.
The Municipality of Mississippi Mills will soon begin the reconstruction project for Mercer Street and Marshall Street, from Adelaide Street to Ottawa Street. The project is anticipated to begin on June 17, 2024 and will conclude this fall.
From Environment Canada. Environment Canada has issued a tornado watch for Lanark County, Leeds-Grenville, Ottawa Valley and Ottawa this afternoon.
Please be advised that Mill Street in Almonte, from Brae Street to Almonte Street, will be closed from 5-9 p. m. on Friday, June 28 for the Multicultural Potluck on Mill Street event.
The Mississippi Mills Municipal Office will be closed for Canada Day on Monday, July 1. The Municipality's Building and Planning and Recreation and Culture Departments at Almonte Old Town Hall will also be closed July 1.
Due to an equipment issue, the leaf and yard waste collection for Thursday, May 23 has been delayed. The following areas originally scheduled for collection today (Thursday, May 23), will now be collected on Friday, May 24.
