Municipal Hall Rental Rates

Below you will find all the costs related to renting a municipal hall. Please note that a $2 million liability insurance certificate is required for all municipal facility rentals. This can be purchased through the municipality or privately.

All rates listed below are subject to HST.

Please note that booking rates differ depending on whether there will be a recreational bar (or no alcohol) or a client bar.

Ron Caron Auditorium Performance bookings include the Green Room / Multi-Purpose Room space at no charge. To book just the Green Room / Multi-Purpose Room separately, please consult the fee table in the next section of this webpage.

Insurance: All bookings require liability insurance. The Municipality of Mississippi Mills may be able to arrange coverage through our insurance provider for an additional charge. Availability and fees vary based

All auditorium bookings include use of turnkey sound system. All other sound equipment has an additional charge.

  • The Jamie Parker Steinway Concert Piano owned by Almonte In Concert is available for rent for recitals, concerts and recordings.

Booking confirmed one year from date with deposit.

The wedding rate includes:

  • Access to the Ron Caron Auditorium and Green Room,
  • Access to the facility the day before the wedding (during regular business hours) for decorating/set up.
  • Access to the turnkey sound system, microphone & podium, projector & screen, 8 foot rectangular tables and black chairs with arms.

The wedding rate does not include:

  • Liquor license
  • Catering
  • Linens
  • Specialty furniture or decor
  • Event coordination
  • Technicians
