PROCEDURAL BY-LAW AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Municipality of Mississippi Mills will hear all interested parties with regards to AMENDMENTS TO THE PROCEDURAL BY-LAW for the Municipality of Mississippi Mills.
This matter will be heard at a Public Meeting during the Open Council Meeting taking place on December 7th. 2021 @6:00pm. A staff prepared report will be available in advance of the Meeting and posted on the Township’s official website. To view the draft By-law please visit https://www.mississippimills.ca/en/municipal-hall/by-laws.aspx . Written comments may be submitted to the attention of the Deputy Clerk. If received prior to 12:00 noon on Monday, November 29th, 2021, your comments will be included in the staff report. Delegations may register prior to 4:30 pm on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. All comments received before or at the Public Meeting will be included in the staff analysis. A staff report summarizing the comments received and a final proposed Procedural By-law is scheduled to be presented to Council on December 21, 2021.
