The Permit holder is responsible for and shall notify the Mississippi Mills Building Department for required inspections by calling 613 256 2064 x508 or emailing building@mississippimills.ca. 

**ALL INSPECTIONS MUST BE BOOKED AS ABOVE OR INSPECTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED**

A minimum of Forty-Eight  (48) hours notice is required.

 Inspections requiring advance notice:

  1. Underside of Footing
  2. Completion of foundation prior to backfill
  3. Completion of structural framing
  4. Rough-in of HVAC duct work
  5. Completion of vapour/air barriers prior to cover
  6. Completion of fire separations
  7. Completion of fire alarm
  8. Completion of sprinkler, standpipe system
  9. Completion of emergency lighting Inspection and test of plumbing
  10. Sewer, water service
  11. Building drains, ground-run
  12. Drainage venting, rough-in
  13. Water distribution, rough-in
  14. Plumbing fixtures and appliances
  15. Public pool and spa water circulation
  16. Temporary occupancy
  17.  Occupancy (when all work complete)
