Go STEAM

The Museum of Science and Technology has partnered with the Ingenium Foundation to bring STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) to rural communities in eastern Ontario.

On Friday, November 28 (PA Day), we welcome them to the John Levi Community Centre, upper hall, 182 Bridge St. They will be doing various experiments with youth which include:

10:30 a.m.    Catapults
1 p.m.           Wind Tunnel
2 p.m.           Zap Electricity

There is space for 25 youth (ages 5-12 years old) in each activity. Add your child (at no cost) to a registration list by filling out the form.

You will receive an email confirming if your child is registered for a session or if they've been placed on a waiting list.

If you cannot make the event, please let us know so another child can experience the workshop at programs@mississippimills.ca.

Also note, there is FREE public skating from 1 - 3 p.m. in the arena!
