Graphic featuring photo of breakfast on a table - cereal, juice, coffee - with text stating 'Mississippi Mills Business Breakfast'

On December 6, join us at the Almonte Civitan Hall as we celebrate Mississippi Mills business successes at our Mississippi Mills Business Breakfast.

We'll be raising our orange juice glasses and coffee mugs to toast this year's Carleton Place & District Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Winner - LBL Excavation, along with nominee for the Chamber's Entrepreneur of the Year - Makers Lodge!

We will also learn about the Mississippi Mills 2023 participants in the Small Business Advisory Starter Company Program - Just Good Compost and Witch Haus!

As a special treat (for a great cause) lucky business owners attending the breakfast, will have the opportunity to capture your seasonal marketing photos. Stephanie de Montigny of Pure Natural Portraits will be set up at the Almonte Civitan during the meeting with a minimalist holiday set for a fun seasonal portrait that you can use on social media or to your company holiday cards/ newsletter. Plus, there might just be a bonus for the most festively-dressed participant!

The participation fee of $20 per person/image will be donated to the Lanark County Food Bank (The Hunger Stop), and the portrait experience and resulting photograph would be complimentary for anyone who makes a physical donation of non-expired non-perishable food and household items as per the provided list: https://lanarkcountyfoodbank.ca/front-page/top10/.

The event begins with coffee at 7 a.m., followed by breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Cost to attend the breakfast is $15 per person (cash or debit TAP accepted at the door).

Deadline to register is Monday, December 4 at noon. Email Bonnie Ostrom at bostrom@mississippimills.ca to register.
