This free event is your opportunity to explore local services, discover practical resources, and connect with the people and places you love. Whether you’re looking to stay active, explore new programs, or access support that helps you live well in your own home, the Expo has something for you.

You’ll find information and inspiration in three key areas:

  • Your Health – Wellness, nutrition, fitness and care
  • Your Home – Safety, comfort, and support for aging in place
  • Your Community – Services, social connection and engagement

Wondering How to Stay Safe, Savvy and Prepared?

Throughout the day, there will be a series of short, informative presentations on topics that matter to the 55+ community – everything from fraud prevention and personal safety to emergency preparedness and even a few tech tips. It’s a great opportunity to hear from local experts and take away helpful, practical information. No need to register – just drop in and enjoy!

Who can attend? 

The 55+ Expo is open to everyone, with a special focus on adults aged 55 and over, as well as their caregivers and family members. It’s a great event for anyone interested in learning more about resources, services, and opportunities for healthy aging. We also encourage adult children who are supporting aging parents to attend, as the Expo, offers a wealth of information for those caring for loved ones.

Is there an entrance fee? 

No, the 55+ Expo is free to attend! We believe that everyone should have access to valuable information and community connections, so we’ve made sure there are no fees to attend.

Do I need to register in advance? 

Pre-registration is not required to attend the Expo. However, we do recommend signing up for our newsletter if you’d like to receive updates or reminders leading up to the event. Sign up here.

Is it accessible? 

Yes, the 55+ Expo is designed to be fully accessible. The venue is wheel-chair friendly, and there will be designated seating and facilities. If you have specific accessibility needs please let us know in advance so we can ensure you’re well accommodated.

Can I bring a friend/family member? 

Absolutely! The 55+ Expo is open to all guests, so feel free to bring along a friend, family member, or caregiver. Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy the event together.

Is there parking? 

Yes, there will be ample parking available at the venue. We encourage carpooling when possible to help reduce the number of vehicles, but there will be plenty of spots for everyone.

Will there be food or refreshments? 

Yes! We’ll have a variety of refreshments and light snacks available throughout the day. Stay fueled while you explore the Expo and connect with exhibitors. You can also expect some local food vendors or additional options!
