This presentation will feature Kyle Smith, a licensed well technician with over 15 years of experience in well construction and groundwater investigations, who will be joined by Brittany Murcar, Public Health Inspector with the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit.

In this free informative session, Kyle and Brittany will cover how to properly maintain your well and what you need to do to keep your well’s water safe for you and your family. Topics include:

  • Well maintenance
  • Well records
  • Signs your system is malfunctioning
  • Well testing

Conservation authority representatives will also discuss best practices for source water protection.
