Community Clean Up
Help clean up Mississippi Mills!
Join your neighbours, classmates, friends, colleagues and/or family members and help tidy up the community we live, work, and play in through our MM Community Clean Up initiative.
Date: April 18 to April 26, 2026
Location: Anywhere in Mississippi Mills
How to get involved?
Reach out to our Roads and Public Works Department – waste@mississippimills.ca – and let us know the areas you're tackling and the amount of bags you'll need. We'll provide the bags.
Tips to keep in mind:

Bring tools such as rakes, shovels and brooms.

Small children should be accompanied by an adult.

Use caution near roadways and vehicles.

Official bags can be left out with your regular garbage collection without a sticker anytime until May 9, 2025.
