Remembrance Day 2025 Office Closures

The following municipal offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 to observe Remembrance Day:

• Mississippi Mills Municipal Office
• Roads and Public Works Garage
• Building, Planning and Recreation and Culture Departments at Almonte Old Town Hall

There will be no impacts to the garbage and recycling schedule due to the holiday closure.

Payments and documents may be dropped off in the secure mail slot located to the left of the municipal office doors at 3131 Old Perth Road.

For municipal emergencies, please contact the Roads and Public Works emergency pager at 613-256-3157.

Our offices will re-open on Wednesday, November 12 at 8:30 a.m.

Remembrance Day Ceremony Information

Clayton: Saturday, November 8, 10:45 a.m. at the Clayton Cenotaph (across from Clayton General Store).

Almonte: Tuesday, November 11, 10:45 a.m. at the Almonte Cenotaph (next to Almonte Old Town Hall).

Pakenham: Tuesday, November 11, 10:45 a.m. at the Pakenham Cenotaph (in front of Pakenham Public School).
