Deadline Approaching for Community Impact Grant Program – November 30, 2025

The deadline for Intake 1 of the new Mississippi Mills Community Impact Grant Program is November 30, 2025.

This pilot program was introduced this summer and was designed to support the incredible local organizations and volunteer groups that make our community vibrant and welcoming. Whether you’re organizing a neighbourhood event, launching a new initiative or growing a long-standing program, this grant offers both financial and in-kind support to help bring your ideas to life.

The grant program is divided into seven streams:

• Neighbourhood Micro Grant – $200
• Live Local Activation Grant – up to $500
• Spark Grant – up to $1,000
• Community Capacity Building Grant – up to $2,000
• Impact Grant – up to $5,000
• Partnership Grant – up to $15,000
• In-Kind Support – up to $2,000 value

Priority consideration will be given to:

• Projects featuring youth, equity-deserving groups or local artists
• Events that strengthen existing festivals or community programming and deliver clear tourism and economic benefits
• Initiatives that promote mental health, wellness and community connection
