Christmas Tree Curbside Collection Continues January 13-15, 2026

The Municipality will wrap up curbside Christmas tree collection January 13-15, 2026.

To ensure pickup, please place your tree at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on your scheduled collection day.

Collection Schedule

January 13, 2026:

• West side of Almonte (Wednesday garbage collection).

January 14, 2026:

• Hamlets/villages of Appleton, Blakeney, Clayton and Pakenham.
• The following subdivisions – Pakenham Golf Course, Oakland Crescent (Booth), Fairway Crescent, Julie Anne Crescent, Spruce Crescent, Senator (Torok, Emerich) and Heather Crescent (Carl Lee, Duncan).

January 15, 2026:

• East side of Almonte (Friday garbage collection)
• The following subdivisions – Whitetail Ridge and Greystone/Stonehome Crescent.

Important Reminder:

Areas outside of the above collection schedule or outside of these dates will not be collected.

Residents may also drop off Christmas trees at the following locations:

• Pakenham Depot (580 Barr Side Road, Pakenham) – Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (No fee to drop off)
• Beckwith Transfer Station (9271 Cavanagh Road, Carleton Place) – Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Fees may apply)
