Applications Open for 2026 Winter Starter Company Plus Program

The 2026 Winter Starter Company Plus intake is now open and accepting applications.

Do you have a new business that you have started and is generating income? An existing business that has been registered five years or less and you are looking to expand it? Or are you buying a small business?

Is your business located in Smiths Falls, Lanark County or in the northern part of the United Counties of Leeds Grenville?

We are accepting applications until December 1, 2025. What you’ll gain:

• One-on-one guidance from an advisor
• A step-by-step Business Plan Bootcamp
• Possible funding up to $5,000
• Training and coaching to help better position you to be successful/profitable business

Don’t miss the deadline! Spaces are limited, so not all applicants will be successful in this round.

 Applicants will be contacted whether a successful participant or not by December 8, 2025. The business bootcamp starts Monday January 12, 2026.
