Join the Association of Municipalities of Ontario’s (AMO) Healthy Democracy Leaders Series: Stronger Leaders, Stronger Communities. This online workshop is for leaders seeking re-election or first-time aspiring candidates – offered at no charge for participants.

As Ontario heads toward the 2026 municipal elections, local leaders face growing pressures—from divisive politics and social media toxicity to maintaining personal wellbeing under constant scrutiny. Developed in partnership with Nominee, this interactive series equips elected officials with the tools, resilience, and clarity to lead with confidence and authenticity. Through expert facilitation, guided peer discussions, and practical takeaways, participants will leave each session with renewed purpose and actionable strategies for sustainable leadership.
