Temporary Closure – Gemmill Park Track – September 15-19, 2025

The Gemmill Park Track will be temporarily closed to the public from Monday, September 15 through Friday, September 19 as the Municipality carries out restoration work to improve the track’s safety and appearance.

Work includes:

  • Removing deteriorated concrete surrounding the track
  • Adding fresh gravel for enhanced durability
  • Landscaping improvements around the track

To allow landscaping to take root, large gatherings on or around the track will not be permitted until October 1, 2025.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance this valued community space.
