Collect “stamps” as you visit participating locations throughout the trail. Whether you’re enjoying a handcrafted beverage, indulging in a sweet treat, or discovering your new favourite local stop, every visit is part of the experience. Submit your completed passport for a chance to win a local food and drink getaway valued at $500!

Take your time, explore at your own pace, and savour all that Lanark County has to offer.

How it works

1.  Pick up your Sip & Savour Trail Passport at any participating location or visitor centre in Lanark County.

2.  Visit participating businesses along the trail.

3.  Collect a “stamp” or signature with a purchase at each stop. Please note that a purchase is required in order to have your passport signed or stamped.

4.  Once you have visited and stamped or signed FIVE or more destinations, you can submit your passport for entry into the grand prize draw.

5.  Submit your completed passport for a chance to win a local food and drink getaway! Passports can be submitted at the Carleton Place Visitor & Information Centre at 170 Bridge St., Carleton Place, or by taking a photo of the signature page and emailing it to lanarkcountytourismassociation@gmail.com along with your name, phone number, and the names of the businesses you visited.

6.  The draw will take place October 15, 2026. The grand prize winner will be notified by email.

FAQ

How do I claim my prize?

To claim a prize or enter the grand prize draw, guests can drop off their completed passport with five or more stamps or signatures at the Carleton Place Visitor & Information Centre at 170 Bridge St., Carleton Place or by taking a photo of the signature page and emailing it to Lanark County Tourism Association at lanarkcountytourismassociation@gmail.com, along with their name, phone number, and the names of the businesses you visited.

Can I get a signature from a visitor or information centre?

No, signatures or stamps can only be obtained by making a purchase at a participating Sip & Savour Trail location.

What happens if I loss my passport?

Unfortunately, as it is a paper passport we have no way of replacing it or the stamps accumulated.

When will the draw for the grand prize be conducted?

The draw will take place October 15, 2026.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 19 years of age to participate in this contest.
