Request for Proposals – Affordable Housing Units in Lanark County and Smiths Falls

The Corporation of the County of Lanark is seeking proposals from non-profit corporations, co-operative housing providers, Indigenous organizations, and other eligible non-profit housing providers to create new rent-geared-to-income (RGI) and affordable housing units in the County and/or the Town of Smiths Falls through new construction or the conversion of existing non-residential buildings.

Application deadline: August 24, 2026, 12 p.m.
