On Wednesday, May 20 we’re bringing the Mississippi Mills Business Breakfast to the Mississippi Golf Club in beautiful Appleton!

Join us for an engaging breakfast session featuring Patrick Kenny, who will share insights on how businesses can take a more strategic approach to community sponsorship and local partnerships. Patrick is Vice‑President, Strategic Communications and Brand at the Canadian Real Estate Association. He also serves as a Board Director with Commonwealth Sport Canada and locally as Chair of the Board of the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation.

With more than 20 years of experience leading communications, brand and engagement for both national and community‑focused organizations, His perspective bridges big‑picture strategy with the realities of smaller communities; where trust, visibility, and reputation matter most.

This session will be practical, thought‑provoking and relevant for businesses thinking about how they show up and invest locally.

The morning starts with coffee and networking at 7 a.m., with breakfast being served at 7:30 a.m.
