Ottawa River Power Corporation Seeks Feedback Through Customer Survey
From the Ottawa River Power Corporation
The Ottawa River Power Corporation (ORPC) is currently preparing its 2027–2031 Distribution System Plan (DSP). The DSP is a long-term plan that outlines how ORPC will maintain, renew, and improve the local electricity distribution system to ensure customers continue to receive safe and reliable electricity service.
As part of this process, we are conducting a voluntary customer survey to better understand customer needs, priorities, and preferences. The feedback collected will help inform ORPC's investment planning and will be summarized as one input into our upcoming electricity distribution rate application to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB).
The survey is open to ORPC customers only. Customers are required to enter their ORPC account number to participate.
The survey consists of 22 questions and takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
All responses will be kept confidential and combined for analysis. Individual responses will not be identified or attributed to specific customers in any application materials.
To encourage participation, customers who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a draw for our Summer Leisure Prize Pack, featuring a selection of camping gear.
