Home Hospice North Lanark Launches 2026-2027 Annual Tree Fundraiser

Press Release – Home Hospice North Lanark

Home Hospice North Lanark (HHNL) is pleased to announce the launch of its 2026/2027 Annual Tree Fundraiser, offering community members an opportunity to purchase a living tree while supporting free hospice programs for individuals and families in our community.

Whether honouring a loved one, celebrating a milestone, or giving a meaningful gift that continues to grow, purchasing a tree is a wonderful way to make a lasting contribution.

This year's fundraiser features a selection of tree and shrub varieties, including several new additions for 2026/2027: Pink Diamond Hydrangea, Nannyberry Shrub, Pussy Willow, Highbush Cranberry, Black Chokecherry, Intrepid Peach, Wild Plum and Prairie Cascade Willow.

As Peggy McPhail, recipient of the 2025 Tree Hugger Award, beautifully expressed, "Just as trees support one another through their roots, Home Hospice supports families facing end-of-life situations."

Every tree purchased helps Home Hospice North Lanark continue providing its programs and services at no cost to individuals and families throughout the communities it serves. As a donor-supported organization, fundraisers like the Annual Tree Campaign play an important role in ensuring these vital services remain available.

Orders are now being accepted, with tree pickup scheduled for spring 2027 at Reid Gardens. To explore the available varieties and place an order, visit https://trees.hhnl.ca.

Give a gift that grows while helping Home Hospice North Lanark support local families when they need it most.
