After a full day of competition, the excitement continues with the Eastern Ontario Firefighters Association (EOFA) Parade and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, June 20 in Pakenham.
Parade lineup begins at 6:30 p.m. on McWatty Road (near the golf course), and the parade starts at 7 p.m. Awards ceremonies follow at 8 p.m.
This year’s parade route leaves from the Pakenham Highlands Golf Club on McWatty Road, then travels:
- Left onto County Road 29
- Right onto Renfrew Street
- Right onto McFarlane Street
- Left onto Jessie Street
- Right onto Margaret Street, finishing at the racetrack.
The full route is approximately 1.6 km.
The trophy ceremony will take place at the Judges Stage following the parade.
Bring the family, line the route, and help us celebrate the hard work, camaraderie and tradition behind one of the longest-running firefighter competitions in the country.
