$2 Paper Billing Fee for Water and Tax Bills

Paper water bills will have a $2 fee starting in March 2026.

This $2 fee also applies to property tax bills, beginning in June 2026.

This fee helps cover the real costs of printing and mailing paper bills, such as paper, envelopes, and postage. It also cuts down on paper use, improves service, and is more reliable during mail disruptions.

Those who sign up for e-billing will not be charged the $2 fee.

Are you a local farmer, artisan, or food vendor? Join us for this can't miss fall event!

The festival takes place Sunday, September 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Beckwith Park (1319 Beckwith 9th Line).

The Lanark County Harvest Festival, a family-friendly celebration of local food, agriculture, artisans, and rural life. The festival brings together residents and visitors from across the region to connect directly with the farmers, makers, and businesses that make Lanark County unique.

We are proud to showcase locally grown produce, hand-crafted items, and high-quality food and beverage offerings that reflect the spirit of the harvest season. Vendor participation plays a vital role in creating a vibrant, engaging event experience, and we welcome applications from producers, artisans, food vendors, and local businesses that align with the festival’s values of quality, creativity, and community.
