Due to the significant freezing rain forecast, the Municipality of Mississippi Mills will close the following facilities on Wednesday, March 11:

Mississippi Mills Municipal Office

Almonte Old Town Hall

Mississippi Mills Childcare Services

John Levi Community Centre

Stewart Community Centre

Southeast Public Health Office Closures March 11 Due to Inclement Weather

Environment Canada has issued storm warnings for some of our communities. As a precaution, the following Southeast Public Health offices will be closed on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, due to the Orange Weather Alert for freezing rain. 

  • Almonte
  • Bancroft
  • Smiths Falls
  • Kemptville
  • Perth
  • Cloyne

Clinics and classes at these sites will be rescheduled. Apologies for the inconvenience.
