Freezing rain warning

Environment Canada has upgraded the special weather statement to an orange freezing rain warning, meaning severe weather is likely and impacts could last for a few days.

Some areas may see up to 24 hours of freezing rain with 10–20 mm of ice buildup. Roads and sidewalks will be slippery. Power outages and tree damage are likely.

Be prepared
