The Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority declared a Level I Low Water Condition this week and is requesting residents that use water from the watershed to immediately reduce usage. Mississippi Mills Bylaw 04-14 regulates water usage in the Almonte Ward. Effective Friday July 24th, 2020, the municipality is implementing a complete ban on the watering of lawns, gardens and the filing of pools.
