Lanark County is currently developing a Strategy to identify municipal tools to support the development of housing which is affordable to Lanark County residents with low and moderate incomes. SHS Consulting and WSP have been retained to prepare the Strategy in coordination with the County.
These sessions will provide an opportunity for you to learn about the background findings and housing needs assessment, ask questions with the project team, share feedback, and learn more about the Municipal Tools to Support Affordable Housing Project. Your input will help inform the development of the Final County Strategy that is targeted for release Spring 2022.
