Municipal Law Enforcement Services (MLES) is responsible for the enforcement of municipal by-laws to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents in the community.
By-law Officers investigate concerns such as noise complaints (e.g. barking dogs, loud music), property standards issues, littering/dumping, fences, portable signs and other matters concerning the Town's by-laws.
How to Make an Inquiry or Complaint
In writing, by mail or drop off at the Municipal Office, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Be sure to provide your contact information as the By-law Officer will require this information for follow-up or, depending on the nature of the offence, to provide evidence and/or to appear as a witness in any court proceeding pertaining to the complaint made.
