Sadler Estates Subdivision

The draft plan of subdivision consists of 541 dwelling units, distributed as 169 single detached dwellings, 118 semi-detached dwellings, 98 townhouse dwelling units and 156 apartment dwelling units. The subdivision also includes a 1.68 hectare central park.

  The development will proceed on full municipal services in a phased manner. Current Status: Draft Plan approved.
