Almonte Mews Subdivision (Ann Street)

The draft plan of subdivision covers approximately 2.77 ha (6.8 acres) of land and consists of 21 blocks to be occupied by a total of 83 residential units.

  The subdivision development will be on lands described as Lots 146, 147, 158 to 166, 172 to 180, 186 & 187, MacFarlane Section, Plan 6262, Pt. Wright Street, Pt Ann Street, Pt Lisgar Street, all closed by RN27156, Almonte Ward, Town of Mississippi Mills.

The 77 residential units will consist of 12 semi-detached units and 65 multiple residential units. The development will proceed on full municipal services.
