Riverfront Estates Subdivision

It is located on Part Lot 14 Concession (former Ramsay Township), and takes in the property extending beyond Spring Street. It will consist of mixed residential development.

  The development proposal will proceed on full municipal services.

Current Status:
Phase 1 was given Final Approval on June 23, 2008 and consists of 87 units, with 320 units planned in the remaining lands.
