The Finance, Administration & Policy Committee (F & A Committee) meets on the third Thursday of each month starting at 6:00 p.m. The Committee is a "Committee of the Whole" and consists of all members of Council.
How do I get an issue that I would discussed placed on the agenda?
Please send a letter outlining and explaining the issue you want addressed to the appropriate staff person at least 4 business days prior to the meeting date to ensure the item is placed on the next Committee meeting agenda.
