The Clerk's Office
The Clerk's Office is responsible for the statutory duties of the Municipal Clerk under the Vital Statistics Act, the Marriage Act, the Cemetery Act, the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Line Fences Act and the Municipal Elections Act. The Clerk is the custodian of all the Town's records, by-laws, and council minutes.
