Accessible Customer Service

This training is conducted in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Customer Service Standard.

Anyone who delivers goods or services on behalf of the Town, including those who participate in developing policies, practices and procedures must receive training in accessible customer service.

This includes staff, volunteers, third parties, committee members, council, consultants and contractors.

As well, ongoing training is required for new or amended policies that govern the provision of services and goods to people with disabilities.

Please proceed starting with Module 1, 2, 3, 4. You will be required to take a short test at the end. Print the test off and when completed, forward it to your supervisor if an employee or staff contact person.
