The F & A Committee deals with financial, administrative and policy related issues, and any other issues that are not covered by the other Standing Committees. It oversees the yearly preparation of the Town's operating and capital budgets which in turn impact the yearly tax rates.

There are several sub-committees and boards that report to the F & A Committee: Library Board, Police Services Board, Almonte Daycare Advisory Committee, Mississippi Mills Accessibility Advisory Committee, Almonte B.I.A. (currently suspended) and the Almonte Town Hall User's Group.

If you wish to address the committee or have an item added to the agenda, notification must be received in writing by 12:00 noon on the Thursday prior to the meeting for regular meetings and by 12:00 noon three (3) business days prior to any special meeting.ﾠ
