24 Jul 10 - 7:25 am - Union St. S - Mischief - plants and flowers were pulled from residential gardens. 

22 Jul 10 - 9:10 am - Water St - Theft - four flags were taken from the grandstand in the Almonte Fair Grounds.

18 Jul 10 - 1:00 pm - Highway # 7 - Traffic Enforcement - Laser Radar enforcement conducted and 8 Highway Traffic charges laid. 

17 Jul 10 - 11:55 am - Almonte St - Mischief - Stop sign was taken from the interesection of Almonte and Mill St. and was later located in the river.  The Town Roads Department was advised.

16 Jul 10 - 10:30 pm 1:00 pm - Water St. - Liquor Licence Act - police laid 6 Liquor Licence Act charges in relation to the Almonte Fair.

14 Jul 10 - 14:05 pm - Victoria St - Mischief - residence egged during the evening prior.

09 Jul 10 - 9:00 am - Highway # 7 - Stolen Vehicle - a vehicle that was experiencing engine trouble was left on Highway # 7 and Con 4A Ramsay at approximately 5:30 am.  When the owner returned the vehicle was gone.  Vehicle is a red 2003 Ford F250 vehicle identification number 1FTNX21P43EB67011 and Ontario Licence Plate 5357WX.

08 Jul 10 - 11:30 pm Old Perth Rd - Mischief - mailbox damaged and several others reported damaged the following day.

08 Jul 10 - 9:30 pm - Cty Rd 29 - RIDE - 150 vehicles checked, 2 roadside breath tests and one Highway Traffic Act Charge.  As a result of this RIDE check a 51 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with exceed over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol and other Highway Traffic Act offences.

07 Jul 10 - 1:25 pm - Bridge St - Theft - scaffolding that was chained to the outside Holy Name of Mary Church was taken overnight.

07 Jul 10 - 1:20 pm - Victoria St - Mischeif - a house was egged overnight.

06 Jul 10 - 12:15 pm - Old Perth Rd - Break and Enter - daylight break and enter between 7:30 and 11:45 pm.  Suspect(s) entered residence and took electronics including a Dell computer monitor, Sony Blue Ray, LG LCD television, and a Remington 870 Pump Act shot gun S/N 1275679V.

06 Jul 10 - 9:45 am - Ann St - Theft - a blue Puegot 21 speed bicycle was taken the week prior.

06 Jul 10 - 9:00 am - John St - Mischeif - house was egged overnight.

05 Jul 10 - 9:30 am - Forbes St - Theft - 10 solar lights and a garden gnome were taken from a residential property overnight.

04 Jul 10 - 8:20 pm - Wolfgrove Rd - Impaired/Over 80 - as a result of a traffic stop a 51 year old Kanata woman is charged with Impaired Operation and Exceed 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol content.

04 Jul 10 - 3:55 pm - Cty Rd 29 - Traffic Enforcement - as a result of a traffic stop a 40 year old Ottawa man is charged with Race Motor Vehicle - 50 KM over.

04 Jul 10 - 8:55 am - 12 Con Ramsay - Mischief - a mailbox was damaged overnight.

03 Jul 10 - 1:00 am - Colborne St - Mischief - an event tent was damaged while set up in Gemmil Park.

02 Jul 10 - 10:50 am - County Rd 29 - Mischief - damage to building window at the Old Barracks building, no suspects.

01 Jul 10 - 3:00 pm - Rae Rd - RIDE - 187 vehicles checked, one Liquor Licence Act charge.  

29 Jun 10 - 7:55 pm - Quarry Rd - Theft - VW decal was removed from a vehicle.

28 Jun 10 - 10:35 am - Cty Rd 29 - Break and Enter - Suspects gained entry into the old barrack building and damaged some interior lights.

28 Jun 10 - 11:40 pm - Bridge St - Liquor Licence Act - an 18 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with consuming alcohol other than residence or licences premise.  

28 Jun 10 - 9:25 pm - Turners Rd - mailbox damaged overnight.

27 Jun 10 - 2:55 pm - Martin St N - sometime overnight four windows were broken at the high school.

27 Jun 10 - 8:25 am - Mill St - Break and Enter - Suspects gained entry to gas bar building and took cigarettes and cash.  Investigation is continuing.

25 Jun 10 - 8:50 am - Water St - Mischief - overnight the light fixtures in the fairgrounds  barn had been removed from the fixtures.  Value $1000.00.

23 Jun 10 - 2:45 pm - Quarry Rd - RIDE - 33 vehicles checked, no charges.

23 Jun 10 - 11:50 am - Panmure Rd - Break and Enter - daylight break and enter to a residence.  Suspect(s) entered and took 2 computers, jewellery, and an ornamental sword.  No suspects.

23 Jun 10 -11:15 am - Bridge St - Mischief - suspects gained entry to chip truck and removed some items which were recovered nearby.

22 Jun 10 - 3:45 pm - Con 11A Ramsay - Break and Enter - Daylight break and enter to residence.  Suspects took electronics, jewellery, clothing and DVD's.  A female was observed in the area asking for directions and is described as 16 - 22 years old, glasses, with long dark hair tied at the back and drove an older dark blue car.

21 Jun 10 - 12:00 pm - Ottawa St - RIDE - 75 vehicles checked no charges.

20 Jun 10 - 12:15 pm - Highway 7 - Stolen Vehicle - a vehicle was taken from a commercial lot overnight.  It is described as 2004 Chev pick up truck Blue VIN # 3GNEK12T84G143283 Ontario Licence Plate 5484XB.

20 Jun 10 - 8:15 am - Queen St - Mischief - a real estate sign and two benches were taken overnight from a residence which was later returned.

20 Jun 10 - 7:40 am - McWatty Rd - Break and Enter - sometime overnight suspects entered shed and stole four golf carts.  2 golf carts were recovered and found spray painted.  The other 2 carts are still outstanding.  They are described as Yamaha golf carts # 40 and # 27.  Value $2500.00 each.  The carts were driven on the golf course causing approximately $7000 damage. 

19 Jun 10 - 9:00 am - Queen St - Mischief - telephone wires tampered with on telephone pole.  Bell Canada contacted.

18 Jun 10 - 3:30 pm - Mill St - Mischief - business flower pots were damaged.  Value $100.00.

17 Jun 10 - 7:50 am - Ottawa St - Stolen Vehicle - a vehicle was taken from a business compound area and later recovered in Napanee, ON.

16 Jun 10 - 10:25 am - Appleton SR - Traffic Complaint - Due to complaints about trucks operating at a high rate of speed, the road was patrolled by police and no violations were observed. 

12 Jun 10 - 8:55 pm - Euphemia St - impaired/over 80 - as a result of a traffic stop a 69 year old Carleton Place man is charged with Impaired Operation and Exceed 80 Milligrams of blood alcohol.

12 June 10 - 3:45 pm - Drummond Rd - Ride - 20 vehicles checked no charges.

12 Jun 10 - 1:10 pm - Pick Rd - Stolen Vehicle - a 1995 Pontiac Bonneville 4-dr, Green was taken from a commercial property.

12 Jun 10 - 10:20 am - William St - Theft - two bicycles taken from property overnight.  Blue BMX Supercycle and Red mountain bike.

11 Jun 10 -11:45 pm - March Rd - Impaired/over 80 - as a result of a traffic stop a 22 year old Greely man is charged with impaired operation and exceed 80  milligrams of blood alcohol.

11 Jun 10 - 3:00 am - March Rd - Impaired/over 80 - as a result of a traffic stop a 44 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with impaired operation and exceed 80 milligrams of blood alcohol.

09 Jun 10 - 7:10 am - Paterson St - Traffic Enforcement - Radar - 3 Highway Traffic Act charges.

08 Jun 10 - 12:00 pm -  Borden Rd - Impaired/over 80 - as a result of a single motor vehicle collision a 68 year old Mississippi Mills woman is charged with Impaired Operation and Exceed 80 milligrams of blood alcohol.

07 Jun 10 - 11:36 am - Mill St - theft - Flower basket taken from outside of store

05 Jun 10 - 3:15 pm - Ramsay Con 8 - Traffic enforcement - police clocked vehicle at 135 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.  As a result a 21 year old Ottawa man is charged with Race Motor Vehicle and Drive No Licence.

04 Jun 10 - 2:30 pm - Wolf Grove Rd - RIDE - 160 vehicles checked, 1 liquor Licence Act charged and one drive while suspended.

01 Jun 10 - 2:00 pm - Carleton St- Break and Enter - residence and out building entered.  Nothing taken.

01 Jun 10 - 6:50 am - Martin St N - Theft - Ipod taken from vehicle overnight. 

31 May 10 -7:15 am - Robert Hill St - Mischief - Heavy Equipment damaged overnight, tires flattened, gas tanks filled with dirt and gravel, and equipment scratched.

30 May 10 - 4:55 - Edward St - Mischief - Unlocked vehicle rummaged through overnight, nothing taken.

30 May 10 - 4:40 pm - Waterford St - Theft - theft of cell phone and charger from unlocked vehicle overnight.

30 May 10 - 10:25 am - Martin St. N - Mischief - vehicle entered overnight, nothing taken

29 May 10 - 9:25 pm - Cty Rd 29 - RIDE - 125 vehicles checked, two 3 day licence suspensions.

25 May 10 - 8:25 am - Con 4 Pakenham/Con 11 Pakenham N - mischief - vehicle spray painted overnight and house vandalized and garage spray painted.  As a result a 50 year Burnstown man is charged with Mischief X 3 and Criminal Harassment and Break and Enter.

24 May 10 -8:05 pm - Evelyn St - Mischief - Residence egged overnight.

09 May 10 - 5:55 pm - Highway # 7 - Traffic Enforcement - as a result of a traffic stop a Carlsbad Springs woman is charged with Stunt driving over 50 km/over the speed limit

08 May 10 - 4:15 pm - Highway # 7- Traffic Enforcement - as a result of a traffic stop an Ottawa man is charged with Race Motor Vehicle - over 50 km/over the speed limit.

08 May 10 - 12:45 pm - Almonte St - Mischief - vehicle had air let out of tires and valve stems damaged.

07 May 10 - 8:00 pm - Church St - Impaired/over 80 - as a result of a traffic stop a 42 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with Impaired Operation and Exceed 80 Milligrams of Alcohol.

07 May 10 - 7:22 pm - Rosamond St - Theft - many vehicles entered overnight and one vehicle had hood ornament taken.

07 May 10 - 4:15 pm - Mill St - Mischief - old tires thrown throughout parking lot and 3 vehicles had gas siphoned overnight.  No suspects.

07 May 10 - 3:55 pm - Christian St - Stolen Vehicle - Vehicle taken overnight and located on May 10 in Quebec where a 49 year old Brockville man was arrested and charged for possession of stolen property.

07 May 10 - 1:25 pm - Mill St - Break and Enter - attempted break and enter to business.  Damaging a door.  No entry gained and nothing taken.

07 May 10 -  10:30 am - Rosamond St - Motorcycle scratched, no suspects.

04 May 10 - 10:45 pm - Ramsay Con 8 - RIDE - 7 vehicles checked, a 21 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with possession of a controlled substance - Marijuana.

04 May 10 - 2:40 pm - Drummond Rd - RIDE - 17 vehicles checked, no charges.

01 May 10 - 2:20 pm - Clayton Rd - RIDE - 45 vehicles checked, no charges.

01 May 10 - 9:50 am - Wilson St - Mischief - vehicle egged by unknown suspects.

01 May 10 - 2:00 am - Ottawa St - Liquor Licence Act - male arrested and charged for public intoxication.

01-May 10 - 1:05 am - Union St. N - Traffic Enforcement - As a result of a traffic stop an 18 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with driving motor vehicle with liquor readily available.     

01 May 10 - 12:40 am - Malcolm St - Traffic Enforcement - as a result of a traffic stop a 20 year old Mississippi Mills Man is charged with driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor and Class G2 licence holder - B.A.C. above zero.   

28 Feb 10 - 1:00 pm - Ramsay Con 7 - RIDE - 10 vehicles checked, no charges

26 Feb 10 - 2:25 pm - Waba Rd - RIDE - 15 vehicles checked, no charges

24 Feb 10 - 3:55 pm Main St W - Motor Vehicle Collision - police investigated a fail to remain collision where a vehicle hit a park bench and retaining wall.  As a result, a 55 year old Carp man is charged with Fail To Report Collision.

23 Feb 10 - 4:00 pm - Cty Rd # 29 - Traffic Enforcement - as a result of a traffic stop,  an 18 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with Driving With No Insurance.

21 Feb 10 - 10:00 pm - Ramsay Con 8 - RIDE - 25 vehicles checked, 1 Highway Traffic Act Charge and 1 warning.

21 Feb 10 - 5:05 am - Glen Isle Rd - Liquour Licence Act - police responded to a suspicious person complaint of a male yelling in the area and knocking on doors.  Police located and arrested a 29 year old Carleton Place man for Public Intoxication.

20 Feb 10 - 11:50 pm - Cty Rd # 29N - Impaired/over 80 - Police responded to a motor vehicle in the ditch.  As a result, the driver,  a 43 year old Mississippi Mills man,  is charged with Impaired Operation and Exceed over 80 milligrams of Alcohol.

14 Feb 10 - Cty Rd # 29 - Traffic Enforcement - as a result of a traffic stop, a 25 year old Ottawa man is charged with Drive motor Vehicle no plates and drive with no insurance.

13 Feb 10 - Tatlock Rd - Impaired/over 80 - ATV stopped and as a result, a 40 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content/Motor vehicle.

12 Feb 10 - Ramsay Con 8 - RIDE - 35 vehicles checked, no charges.

09 Feb 10 -11:00 pm - Almonte Street - RIDE - 65 vehicles checked, 1 Highway Traffic Act charge.

08-Feb 10 - 2:20 pm - Comba Lane - Traffic Enforcement - an ATV was observed by police and as a result, a 30 year old Ottawa woman is charged with Drive While Suspended.

08 Feb 10 - 5:50 pm - Sunsetview Lane - Break and Enter - Garage broken into and several items taken, investigation continuing.

05 Feb 10 - 9:30 pm - County Road # 29 N - RIDE - 40 vehicles checked, nothing notable.

05 Feb 10 - 4:30 pm - Kinburn Side Rd - Impaired/over 80 - a traffic stop resulted in a 45 year old Mississippi Mills man being charged with Impaired Operation and exceed 80 milligrams Blood Alcohol content.

05 Feb 10 - 3:30 pm - Wolfgrove Rd/Ramsay Con 8 - RIDE - 1 three day licence suspension, 2 Highway Traffic Act charges.

05 Feb 10 - 3:00 pm - Drummond Side Road - RIDE- 20 vehicles checked, nothing notable.

04 Feb 10 - 11:03 am - Main St. W - Drug Offences - traffic stop results in a 17 year old male being charged with Possession for Purpose - Marijuana and another 17 year old male being charged with possession of a controlled substance - Marijuana. Both from Mississippi Mills.

03 Feb 10 - 9:20 pm - Bridge St - RIDE - 35 vehicles checked, no notable incidents.

03 Feb 10 - 8:30 pm - McFarlane St - RIDE - 25 vehicles checked - no notable incidents.

30 Jan 10 - 12:50 pm - Highway 7 - Traffice Enforcement - a 20 year old Rockland man is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle and Speeding over 50 Km/H over the posted limit.

28 Jan 10 - 2:05 pm - Drummond Side Rd - RIDE - 32 vehicles checked, no notable incidents.

28 Jan 10 - 12:05 am - Waba Rd - RIDE - 20 vehicles checked, no notable incidents.

27 Jan 10 - 10:15 am - Industrial Dr - Theft - a utility trailer removed from property.  It is described as 2007 Maxi Trailer, Black, VIN # 2MXUA2A227D029819, Ontario Licence # D8995X.  Value is $1700.00.   

24 Jan 10 - 4:40 pm - Wolfgrove Rd - RIDE - 32 vehicles checked, no notable incidents.

24 Jan 10 - 11:50 am - Highway 7 - Traffic Enforcement - 6 Highway Traffic Act Charges.

23 Jan 10 - Motorized Snow vehicles Patrol - Pakenham area - 50 MSV stopped, 4 charges laid, and 10 warnings.

22 Jan 10 - 2:25 pm - Maude St - Traffic Enforcement - Traffic stop results in 27 year old Mississippi Mills man being charged with Driving while under Suspension, Operating a motor vehicle without insurance and use plate not authorized for vehicle. 

21 Jan 10 - 11:50 pm - Appleton Side Rd - Impaired - following a traffic stop police determined the driver had been drinking.  Following a roadside breath test the driver was arrested and transported to detachment for breath tests.  As a result a 45 year old Mississippi Mills man is charged with exceed 80 milligrams of Alcohol. 

21 Jan 10 - 3:45 pm - Ramsay Con 7A - Impaired/RIDE- officers were conducting a RIDE and the driver was determined to be drinking and a 52 year old Carleton place man is charged with Impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceed 80 milligrams of alcohol.

17 Jan 10 - 2:20 am - County Road 29 - Impaired Motor Vehicle Collision - Police investigated a motor vehicle collision and the driver was determined to have been drinking alcohol.  A 28 year old Renfrew woman is charged with exceed 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content.    

13 Jan, 2010 - 7:55 pm - Ottawa St - Traffic Enforcement - traffic stop and a 53 year old Mississippi Man is charged with Drive While Under Suspension.

11 Jan, 10 - 9:40 pm - County Rd 29/Waba Rd - RIDE - 45 vehicles checked, 3 roadside tests and one Highway Traffic Act charge

11 Jan 10 - 4:00 pm - Drummond Side Rd - RIDE - 65 vehicles checked, no notable incidents.

09 Jan 10 - 11:45 pm - County Rd 29 - RIDE - 47 vehicles checked, no notable incidents.

09 Jan 10 - 3:10 pm - Wellington St - Mischief - Suspect(s) cut phone line on the outside of a residence.  No suspects.

09 Jan 10 - 2:30 pm - 4th Con Pakenham - Suspicious Person - two snowmobile drivers observed with having their firearms not in cases while transporting them.  The area was patrolled by snowmobile with negative results.

09 Jan 10 - 1:40 pm - Appleton Side Rd - RIDE - 12 snow machines checked, no charges.

09 Jan 10 - 12:05 am - Main St E - Theft - Youth attended convenience store and stole some food.  Investigation is continuing.   

4 Jan. 2010 - 9:20 am - Waba Rd - RIDE - 20 vehicles checked and no notable incidents.

4 Jan. - 3:20 pm - Davison Cres - Theft - report of a stolen snowboard described as Roxy 2007 Sugar Inspire Snowboard with Burton bindings, white on top and blue on bottom.  No suspects.

1 Jan. 2010- 2:00 am- Victoria St - Liquor Licence Act - a 29 year old Mississippi Mills man was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.
